Walmart's coupon policy allows for overage, so the extra $.03 should be applied towards taxes. I highly recommend calling your Walmart first, since this product is not in all stores. AND don't forget to bring a copy of Walmart’s coupon policy... you may have to politely inform the cashier of their policy. :)
